Landscape Architecture is a profession that plans and creates places for people’s sychological and physical healthies.

We all need to live in a clean environment and to be purified from tiredness of daily life. Landscape Architecture aims to meet that need. One reason of the modern social urban problems (air pollution, unsystematic traffic, unplanned urbanization, etc.) is the application without planning by a landscape architect in time.

For Landscape Architecture the basic material is plant. Places which have formed with plant group and sturucture techniques, are the tampon areas of the cities. When looking at the parks, public squares and gardens with naked eyes, they are described as nice places and other functions of these are not thought. However when these areas are observed by a landscape architect they seems as areas seperating centre of population, preventing unplanned urbanization, providing clean air to the city, regulating the climate. For this reason Landscape Architecture is accepted as main requirement for human and it continues to increase its importance.
